Please create a manager (CRUD) or an override to insert the number of days before due.

This would allow for x number of days which could include Annually.

Actually we went with pre-defined due-date options in order to simplify the process to users. However, we agree there maybe different instances manual overriding this value would be useful.

We will consider implementing this feature in our future iterations.

We have implemented this feature. Now you can override the default due date and specify any custom due date.
