My clients are all from Brazil, and the most part of these, don’t speak english. So, if I could edit the layout (or, at least the text) of the e-mails before sending, would be wonderful!!! .

Yeah, we have considered about providing the option to customize the emails. Also, i18n of CurdBee is on the cards.
